About this product
LPT Solvex is a high performance remover for use with Natural Stone, Flagstones and Porcelain. LPT Solvex can be used to remove Wax, Silicone, Acrylic, Polyurethane Sealers and Residual Epoxy Grout. Solvex is non-caustic and softens most types of surface sealer, which can then be washed and rinsed and ready for re-sealing.
Coverage is 8-10 sqm per litre for light stripping or 5 sqm per litre for deep stripping
If a tile protector hasn’t been used and the surface has jointing compound residues, then this product will remove them. If a grout or mortar has been used rather than a jointing compound then LTP Cement Grout and Salt Residue Remover should be used.

Next Day delivery is available to most areas at additional cost.
We deliver throughout the UK except for Northern Ireland.
Deliveries are made on pallets and are ‘kerbside’, meaning the pallets will be offloaded to the nearest safe point of entry to your property. The driver is unable to take the tiles into your house. We can deliver on a day of your choice, which will typically be 2 - 3 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery is charged by the pallet and starts from £45 / pallet. A ‘delivery calculator’ is provided underneath the Order Total once product quantity has been entered.
Somebody must be present on the day of delivery to accept the order - re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries.
Free delivery applies to pallets of indoor porcelain & LVT over £500 only. Certain postcodes do not qualify for free delivery and will require an additional delivery charge. Please refer to our delivery page for the full list of effected postcode areas.
